C90 GTX

C90 GTX

Performance, versatility, and efficiency define Beechcraft’s  entry level twin–turboprop, the King Air C90 GTx. Certified for single pilot operation, an improved design and upgraded avionics build on the success of the jet’s predecessor, the C90GTi. Powered by super quiet Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A–135A turboprop engines and boasting a fully integrated Collins Pro Line 21™ avionics system, King Air’s virtuoso performer can reach a speed of 311 miles per hour at an altitude of 20,000 feet. The aircraft’s enhanced composite winglets allow for a greater climb rate, optimize fuel efficiency, and with the jet’s full-fuel payload doubled, the King Air C90GTx can carry up to seven passengers for an impressive 1,061 nautical miles. For a turbo prop, the cabin is surprisingly roomy and features club seating, a refreshment centre, and folding tables.

King Air 250

Praised for its tremendous versatility, sophisticated interior, and the best safety record in its class, the King Air 250 ranks as one of the world’s most popular executive aircrafts. Fitted with new composite winglets and propellers, the King Air 250 effortlessly negotiates short, remote runways; it can take off in less than 2,200 feet at sea level, regardless of the conditions. Despite the jet’s impressive 1,610 nautical mile range and cruising speed of 325 miles per hour, the King Air 250 delivers one of the lowest performance-to-operating cost ratios in the executive jet industry. The spacious, oval-shaped cabin is handsome indeed, with handcrafted furnishings and ergonomic seats.

King Air B200

King Air B200

Since the veteran B200 entered production in 1980 it has outsold every other executive aircraft in both the jet and turboprop categories. The reasons are clear. Equipped with Pratt and Witney PT6A-52 engines, the B200 is a robust, versatile rocket ship with surprisingly low operating costs. Built with the same fuselage as the B100, but with longer wings, the King Air B200 distinguishes itself from its predecessor with its even more luxurious cabin replete with high-end finishes, plush new seats, and much reduced cabin noise. The 16.7-foot-long, oval-shaped cabin, which seats up to eight passengers in a standard arrangement, optimizes head and shoulder room and includes a large baggage compartment in the aft cabin area.

Pilatus

Pilatus

The poster child for the Super Versatile Jet (SVJ) category, the flexible, robust, Swiss-made Pilatus PC-24 combines turboprop versatility with the spaciousness and performance of a light jet engine aircraft. The Pilatus is especially popular among passengers who demand exceptional short field performance. Powered by Williams International FJ44-4A engines, the PC-24 has the capability to land on runways—paved or unpaved—that are just 2,690 feet long. The flat floor that runs the length of the cabin allows for plenty of head and shoulder room. The PC-24 also boasts top notch furnishings, including leather seats and mahogany-clad cabinets, features that are more common to midsize aircrafts. The cabin’s huge windows allow for plenty of natural light and an enclosed lavatory provides another unexpected luxury for a turboprop. The PC-24’s revolutionary Quiet Power Mode™ allows for super quiet, efficient heat and A/C systems that optimize both the jet’s versatility and fuel efficiency.
